About Ashley
I’m Ashley L. Duffus, a Toronto-based photographer and the creative force behind A Great Capture. My work explores the balance between detail and atmosphere — from the quiet geometry of architecture to the energy of a city in motion.
My photography journey began on Flickr in 2006 under the username ash2276, where sharing images and connecting with a creative community first shaped my practice. Since then, my work has grown into an evolving portfolio documenting Toronto’s streets, architecture, and everyday moments.
I am currently curating Two Decades of Seeing (2006–2026), a retrospective marking twenty years of photography.
