Published Work: Sunnybrook Trail & Distillery Ornaments

I’m pleased to share that two of my photographs were published in the December/January 2025 issue of Mother Earth News. The images featured are my winter trail photograph from Sunnybrook Park and my hand-painted ornament photo from Toronto’s Distillery District Holiday Market.

Both appear in the magazine’s Photos from the Field section, on the last page. It’s always rewarding to see licensed work in print — especially in a publication with such a long history of environmental and seasonal storytelling.

I photographed a copy of the magazine outdoors, using a few fallen autumn leaves, as it felt like the right way to pair the issue with the colours and textures of the season.
